We openly invited anyone who lives within the Greater City of Geelong & The City of Wyndham
to participate and submit an art piece of self-expression. All visual mediums were accepted
including photography, sculptor as art does not discriminate.

Encompass Community Services reserve the right to refuse any art entry. No nudity, political motives or pieces associated with violence will be accepted. The decision of competition winners is final and art works will be used for competition purposes only.

To be eligible for the Competition, Entrants must complete entry form and submit their piece to 79 Gheringhap Street Geelong or Shop 1/5 Wedge Street Werribee, in person or by mail by 5pm AEST, Friday 20th Nov 2020. We recommend completing your entry submission earlier, to allow for unforeseen issues that may arise.

By submitting an entry, you are allowing Encompass Community Services to Items are not for sale and if submissions are not collected by Fri 29th Jan 2021 these items will then remain the property of Encompass Community Services. All personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and age, is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used by Encompass Community Services for the purpose of the contest website and promotional purposes only.

All artwork entered into the competition remains 100% copyright of the artist and entrants must give permission for their names and art to be used for publicity.

All artwork must be 100% original copyright owned by the artist and not use any third-party copyright material.

How people entered

Art works and application form to be submitted to Encompass at 79 Gheringhap Street Geelong or Shop 1/5 Wedge Street Werribee by Fri 20th Nov.

Artwork was uploaded and is available for the public to view from Mon 23rd Nov until Thursday 3rd Dec, at which time the winners will be announced during the online presentation and award ceremony.

How this art will be seen

Selected winners from each category will be judged by Encompass Staff / Management and Encompass’ Special Guest nominated representatives. The People’s Choice Awards will be selected by the public via online voting option (Facebook).

These will continue to be on display and showcased across digital media platforms until Sunday 20th Dec.
