YOU & Encompass can provide participants a BRAND NEW WORLD
In these uncertain times Encompass is here for you – but we can’t do it alone and every bit of support you can provide helps us more than you can imagine.
Encompass is a not-for-profit organisation committed to promoting equality and opportunity for people. Even during a pandemic we offer support to people with physical, intellectual, sensory and psychological disabilities, young people who are disengaged, long-term unemployed and those facing financial, social or learning barriers. Our Board, Management, Staff and Volunteers are not afraid to push for change, create opportunities and do what it takes to promote equality for everyone!
At Encompass, we work purposefully towards a community where access is a priority; whether it be access to training, employment, life skills programs or just being part of the community.

“Encompass are leaders in delivering programs and services that create opportunities for people of all abilities and backgrounds; and enable them to positively contribute to local economy. Westpac encourages diversity within the workforce and Encompass has done a great job in helping people living with a disability or disadvantage find meaningful work.”
“We have funded quite a few Encompass projects for quite a few years now. They promote values similar to ours. They do worthwhile projects like the Pumpkin Fair, which is enjoyed by the community as a whole. Like us, Encompass is proactive in being the change.”
“We have been supporting and working with Encompass for nearly 20 years now. They have so much passion for everything that they do. They keep evolving to really drive change for the people they support; and it is because of this that we continue to sponsor their programs and services, year in and year out.”
“We would like to see every person who wants a job, get one, that everyone has a home to call their own, and that everyone who has a goal, is listened to and taken seriously.”
We focus on social inclusion through encouraging participants involvement in the community, promoting choices and participation in important decision-making processes. We work in partnership with our students, participants and their families, to ensure that they are offered the right service for their needs. We provide accredited and non-accredited training, daytime support, and activities, a specialist employment agency, accommodation support, respite care and conduct holiday tours interstate and internationally. Each year Encompass supports over 2000 people and about 30% of Encompass’ employees have a disability, reinforcing Encompass’ commitment to providing equal opportunities to the community.
