Farming It is designed to provide participants with a 1-3 year option of practical skills training which could lead to employment or further education within the Horticulture Industry.

Participants will receive practical experiences with minimal class room activities. However, participants will be required to attend some classes and must be able to complete physical activities and tasks to achieve a certificate level.

Farming It will provide basic protective clothing such as sunscreen, protective glasses and gloves. Participants will be required to provide their own work boots, overalls and other personal items. Participants may also be included in other Encompass Community Services Inc. activities, including - excursions, camps and life skills training.
