Encompass Employment Services provide services for people with a disability looking for work. Employment Services works to increase the number of businesses that employ people with a disability and build inclusive workplaces.

Job Seekers Encompass has secured over 2000 jobseekers full-time, part-time and casual employment and continues to assist a number of large and small businesses in the region.   Our program aims to assist jobseekers aged 16-60 to break through the barriers sometimes experienced by people with disabilities in the workplace. Our Employment Consultants will help you develop an Employment Pathway Plan and they will assist you in reaching your employment goals; Our Employment Consultants provide assistance with resumes, job applications and interviews.
