That’s the motto of Encompass’s Cleaning Service.  Remember the days when the cleaner was someone you knew, not just someone who came in overnight never to be seen again.  Our cleaning service is personal, thorough and yes, you guessed it, staffed by Encompass clients.  The Cleaning Service is an excellent example of crossover opportunity within Encompass Inc. programs.  Current cleaners have proven themselves during the hands-on experience of Cleanmates and gone on to train in Asset Maintenance with the Encompass Inc. Training Department.

 Encompass Community Services Inc has for the past 6 years run the general  store at Deakin University's Warm Pounds Campus. The store is run by people  with disabilities and represents a great opportunity for our clients to gain work  experience in the retail sector.
